This is a beautiful kitchen knife set. The sets contain 10 Knives. All knives are made with 15n20 High Carbon Steel. The set contains 1 - 8’’ Chef knife 1 - Breadknife 1 - Meat Cleaver 1 -Parring Knife and 6 - Stake Knives(partial serrated). The block is hand made and matches the handles. They are made with maple burl and blue epoxy.
